1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using the services of San Francisco Green Clean ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

San Francisco Green Clean provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in San Francisco and the Bay Area, including but not limited to: regular cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and office cleaning.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided via our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and size of the space. We will communicate any changes before beginning service.

Prices are subject to change. Existing scheduled services will not be affected by price changes without prior notice.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, emergencies, etc.) and will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time due to circumstances within your control, a lockout fee may apply.

You authorize our team to enter and clean the designated areas of your property at the agreed-upon time.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completed cleaning. We will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Our primary commitment is to make it right by re-cleaning the area of concern.

7. Liability

San Francisco Green Clean is fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and work toward a fair resolution.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
• Items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service
• Damage resulting from faulty fixtures, furniture, or surfaces
• Loss of items not directly caused by our team's negligence

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service provided.

8. Products and Equipment

We use eco-certified, non-toxic cleaning products. If you have specific allergies or product sensitivities, please inform us before your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We bring our own equipment and supplies. You are not required to provide any cleaning materials unless specifically agreed upon.

9. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Recurring clients may be invoiced on a weekly or monthly basis.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

10. Non-Solicitation

Clients agree not to directly hire, solicit, or engage any current or former San Francisco Green Clean employee for cleaning or related services during the term of our service agreement and for 12 months thereafter. A referral fee may apply if a direct hire occurs.

11. Website Use

The content on sfogreenclean.com is for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by third-party links on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
